Although he is still recovering from the physical injuries he sustained during roadside bombing, Ethan is struggling with survivor’s guilt and grief over the deaths of the soldiers who lost their lives in the attack.

I have enjoyed Ms. Moore's trilogies, and this one is no exception. I was not sure Once Touched could match the quality of the first two books in the series, but I'm happy to report that my suspicions were unfounded! Her characters are so interesting in their relationships to each other, with just enough tweaks to make the reader wonder if the HEA will come. Thank you, Ms. Moore - please don't make me wait too long for your next book!
This is such a good story with the last sibling Quinn and enter in Ethan who's scarred physically and within. It was fun to watch them struggle with their feelings. I enjoyed this series so much and hate to see it end but it ended in a good way. I highly recommend you read this series if you haven't
Sadly this is the last book in the Silver Creek Series but what a fantastic way to end it.

With Quinn being the last unattached sibling, her family is in full matchmaking mode. All she has time for though are her animals, and maybe the new ranch hand Ethan Saunders. While their relationship grows, Quinn becomes more and more concerned about why Ethan has decided to hide out on a ranch rather than going back to his photojournalist career he is so good at.

I loved reading all the books in this series and this one is no exception. It's definitely one that should go on everyone's must read list. I highly recommend it.

When everything seems to be going well, Quinn takes a huge risk, one entirely in keeping with her forthright character, in order to help the man she loves not merely to bury his past, but to heal. Quinn, who has learned a thing or two from dealing with traumatized animals, is just the heroine to take Ethan on. But nothing is easy. Moore makes Quinn’s grief when her plan initially fails quite real, which makes the reader savor the joy all the more later.
